How We Help

Serving individuals and families through faith-based outreach, practical support, and long-term solutions.

All In or All Out Ministry exists to serve individuals and families facing hardship within our community. We meet people where they are — offering compassion, dignity, and support to those navigating difficult seasons of life.

Our focus is on building relationships, not just providing temporary relief.

Who We Serve

Transitional Housing – The Tiny Homes Project

Our Transitional Housing program provides a structured, supportive environment for individuals working toward stability and independence. Housing is paired with accountability, mentorship, and life-skills development to help participants establish a strong foundation for long-term success.

This program is designed to bridge the gap between crisis and independence — offering not just a place to stay, but a pathway forward rooted in responsibility, restoration, and hope.

The Workforce Reentry & Advancement Program (W.R.A.P.) is a structured, 12-month program designed to support individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community. The program begins inside the Bartow County Jail and continues through a guided aftercare process following release.

W.R.A.P. focuses on accountability, recovery, employment readiness, and personal responsibility — helping participants prepare for life beyond incarceration with practical tools and consistent support.

Core elements of the program include:

  • Vocational training and workforce certifications

  • Life-skills education focused on recovery, financial responsibility, and healthy relationships

  • GED education and testing for eligible participants

  • Faith-based encouragement and spiritual guidance

  • Community service and peer-led support

Participation requires commitment and consistency, with clear expectations upheld throughout the program.

Homeless Ministry

Our Homeless Ministry focuses on meeting individuals where they are with compassion, dignity, and consistency. Through outreach efforts, we address immediate needs while building trust-based relationships that open the door to long-term restoration.

This ministry emphasizes presence over programs — showing up, listening, and offering support without judgment, while connecting individuals to resources whenever possible.

Be Part of the Restoration

Every life restored starts with someone willing to step in — to serve, to support, or to believe that change is possible. Through transitional housing, reentry support, and outreach, All In or All Out Ministry is working to restore lives and strengthen our community one person at a time.

Whether you feel called to give, volunteer, or partner with us, there’s a place for you in this work.
