Our Story

All In or All Out Ministry was founded on a simple but challenging belief: real change requires commitment, accountability, and support — not quick fixes.

The ministry was created to serve individuals navigating some of life’s most difficult transitions, particularly those impacted by incarceration, homelessness, addiction, or instability. Through faith-based outreach and evidence-based programming, we work to disrupt destructive patterns and replace them with structure, purpose, and hope.

From jail-based reentry support to transitional housing and community outreach, our focus has always been on long-term restoration — not temporary relief.

Where We Started

A man with short, light brown hair and a slight beard, wearing a red shirt, facing the camera with a neutral expression.

Kevin Harris grew up as both a preacher’s kid and a principal’s kid, raised on faith, structure, and high expectations. Nearly 14 years sober from drugs and alcohol, he has turned his recovery into a mission. He’s the author of one book and is currently writing his second, and he is the founder of All In or All Out Ministry, a nonprofit dedicated to helping people walk through addiction recovery, grief, and life after trauma. Through the ministry, he is also developing a tiny home transitional housing project focused on stability, accountability, and real pathways forward. His story isn’t theoretical—it’s lived, tested, and now poured back into others.

Our Approach

Transitional Housing through Tiny Homes

Our Tiny Homes Project provides structured transitional housing for individuals committed to rebuilding their lives. Once construction is complete, residents are supported through accountability, evidence-based programming, and life skills that promote long-term stability. Housing is paired with responsibility, purpose, and a clear path toward independence.

Jail-based reentry support via W.R.A.P.

Through the Workforce Reentry & Advancement Program we begin working with participants while they are still incarcerated. This structured program focuses on accountability, recovery, education, and workforce readiness to prepare individuals for a successful transition back into the community. Support continues through a guided aftercare process following release.

Financial Literacy, Education & Life Skills

We provide practical education that equips individuals to manage finances, pursue education, and develop essential life skills. Through partnerships with financial institutions and educational providers, participants learn budgeting, saving, employment readiness, and academic fundamentals needed for long-term success.

Food & Clothing Donations

Our outreach efforts help meet immediate needs by providing food, clothing, and essential items to individuals experiencing hardship. These efforts are often the first step in building trust, connection, and pathways toward deeper support and restoration.

Aftercare, Mentorship & Workforce Readiness

Long-term success requires consistent support beyond initial programs. Through mentorship, accountability, and workforce readiness initiatives, participants receive guidance as they pursue employment, housing stability, and personal growth. Each individual is encouraged and supported as they work toward sustainable independence.

Reinforcement of Purpose & Integrity via Faith

Faith is the foundation of our work and shapes how we serve. Through spiritual guidance, mentorship, and community, we reinforce values of integrity, responsibility, and purpose. While faith participation is never required, it remains a central source of encouragement and restoration within our ministry.

Preacher’s Kid Breaks Into Dad's Church

Kevin’s first book is a story of mistakes, love, grace and redemption. This book is about one persons story who has recovered from a drug addiction and has been shown grace and mercy. This book gives hope, strength and encouragement to people who have either personally or know someone who has struggled with addiction.

Committed to Real Change

Restoration doesn’t happen overnight — but it does happen when people are willing to go all in. We invite you to learn more about our work, get involved, or support the mission as we continue serving individuals and strengthening our community.
